Saree Kingdom Kandy ("we", "us") operates sareekingdom.shop. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and, if provided, email address. This is the minimum we need to confirm and deliver your order. Our website is hosted by Shopify, which also collects standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) to run and secure the store.
How we use it. To confirm your order, usually by WhatsApp or phone. To deliver your order through our courier partner, who receives your name, address and phone number only. To answer your questions and handle exchanges. To keep records required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
Third parties. Your data is processed by Shopify (our store platform) and shared with our courier only as needed for delivery. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at or on WhatsApp at 076 386 3201.
Cookies. Shopify uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
