Exchanges

We photograph every saree in its real colour, and we are happy to send fresh photos or videos on WhatsApp before you order, so that what arrives is what you chose.

If a saree is not what you expected, message us on WhatsApp (076 386 3201) within 3 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed sarees with the blouse piece intact can be exchanged for another colour, subject to availability. The delivery charge for sending the replacement is borne by the customer, unless the saree arrived damaged or we sent the wrong colour, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item: please send us a photo on WhatsApp on the day of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Because our prices are kept low and colours move quickly, we do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges and store credit only.
